Banded agate bead necklace with V-shaped pendants and 2 eye beads, restrung with modern handmade 22 kt gold S-hook clasp and small granulated ‘flower’ beads. These beads are examples of superb ancient craftsmanship & design.
Central V-shaped pendant and majority of these beads were found in Samaria, ancient capital of Israel (divided Jewish kingdoms of Judea, and Israel- i.e. Samaria – modern West Bank) and probably date ca. 720-650 BCE.
